Context → Review lists every change Doram can't approve on its own. Low-risk changes go live automatically, so what's here needs a person.
Items are grouped by table, with the tables your team asks about most at the top. Each one says why it's waiting: it would break something, it conflicts with something else, it depends on another change, or there's little evidence for it.
Open an item to see the change, the evidence, how confident Doram is and what depends on it. Then accept it, reject it, edit it first or ask about it.
