Terms, and what each one means at your company.
Each definition has what the term means here, the other names people use for it, its owner and when it last changed.
There are two kinds:
- Glossary terms are words with a meaning specific to your company, such as "board number" or "dead stock".
- Classifications are the buckets things get sorted into.
Some words mean different things in different places. "Channel" can be a sales channel, a marketing platform or a support channel. The definition lists every meaning. When a question uses the word, Doram picks your team's meaning first, and asks you if it still can't tell.
